He graduated in botany at University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice. He is interested quaternary development of vegetation and landscape. The main field of interest is anthracology, vegetation history and phytosociology. I was involved in several projects focused on vegetation history, enviromental archaeology and succession of vegetation.
