Lucie Doležalová

Lucie Doležalová has graduated from English and Latin philology at Palacký University in Olomouc (Mgr. in 2000), and then from Medieval Studies at the Central European University in Budapest (M.A. in 2001, Ph.D. in 2005). She is interested in theory and history of literature, manuscripts, history and drama. Her husband Tamás is a philosopher, hebraist and historian, her son Matyáš (born 2005) and her daughter Anna (born 2007) are beautiful.

Teaching medieval literature at the Philosophical Faculty of the Charles University in Prague (seminars 2006: Entertaining Literature in the Middle Ages, Antiquity versus Middle Ages: the Metamorphoses of Literary Tradition, and Medieval Literature from the Czech Lands in European Context)
